If you are considering if you are the right material for The Cadre you must contemplate the following:

The Cadre is a core corporation. That means it is focused on creating an environment where you live in peace and tend to your daily life in any manner you see fit inside the scope of High Sec. That means pirating is not accepted. Be in the corp. as you would be in real life. We all depend on each other. We are not a warfaring corp. but we will bite back if needed. We also have valued allies whom we will come to aid if needed. These are the guidelines for The Cadre: You must join the corp with your main character. Mission Runners need to run at least 16 missions a month. Miners pay 10% tax for minerals they mine on their own. Once in a while a mining op will be called - all online at that point is expected to attend. All minerals go to corp. Expect it to be called once a month but can be more if a specific project is running. PvP practice can be arranged with members from an ally if needed. Caldari State standings are a priority - Get it to 5 and keep it over. Shares will be handed out to members and dividend will be payed out on a regular basis. If you leave corp. shares must be handed back to CEO. If you want to leave Corp for bigger better things, please have the courtesy to give 14 days of notice or more. Directors will at least have a bi-weekly meeting to make sure corp. is running smoothly. A Director is required to have 121's with designated members at least once a month. Teamspeak is a requirement so we are able to have good communications. There are several benefits that will be disclosed if you join The Cadre. These are our guidelines. You will be on trial for 2 months to ensure you like the Corp and that the Corp like you. At any time either party can withdraw from the agreement and go their seperate ways. No shares will be handed out before trial period has been completed. 2. As new member you will still be entitled to all benefits and support in corp. Only shares are outside the package. 3. To attain full membership after trial a small initiation rite will take place. 4. After one month of full membership either a ship or fitting up to the maximum value of 10 million isk will be supplied by the Corp. All rules are negotiable and will be discussed before accepting membership. |
